I cant believe that it's been over a year since writing a journal on Deviant Art. I remember being on Deviant Art all the time before I had to buckle down and finish up college. Well a lot has happened in my life. I did end up finishing college last year. I received a Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I have a question for my fellow artist. I plan on buying a Cintiq 12WX when I am done with college within the next 6 months. I have an all in one computer that does not have a vga or dvi port. My computer is less than a year old so I think it could handle the cintiq that I plan on getting. I read up on the vga/dvi to usb adapters that are used for monitors, but I am wondering will it work with a cintiq as well since essentially a cintiq is an extra monitor? Man I cant believe that it has been well over a year since I wrote my last journal update. Well as most of you know, my life has taken a change. I retired from the Navy in November of 2011. I got a job working in the reailroad industry. I would say a new job, but since I have been with my company for over a year, its kind of not new gig anymore. I am also in the process of finishing up college. I start a new semester this December, and with that start, I will be 7 classes away from my Bachelors degree.
